Pixelbox Update#6

Anooother update :)

Fixed : -Emulators running with an argument even when they shouldnt (the little run emulator button thinghy used to give an error) -a bunch of under the hood stuff that i honestly forgot

Added: -UI arrows -up/down wheel controls (changed from moving through softwares to moving the list up and down)
