Pixelbox Update #1

v beta 02

fixes -fixed the ps1 emulator (changed from epsxe to duckstation) -fixed the background flickering -cleaned up some code -fixed minor issues

additions -added the option to scroll up and down using the keyboard arrows -added a bios folder (duckstation and some more emulators dont have HLE bios, meaning the user will have to add its own legally acquired bios files by himself)
